How Long Does a
Custom Order Usually Take?
How
Do I Pay for
Custom Orders?
We
accept Master-Card, Visa, and
Company checks. Payment is due when
samples or production
orders are placed.
Set
up fees are charged by our
printer for labor
and
materials needed in order to transfer your logo to the printing method. Silk-screening requires a screen fee for
each color. A screen is needed to print
each color of your custom logo. These
processes are outsourced to companies who specialize in making these
items and
the fees, $50 per color, are the costs of this service.
We will keep your plate for screening
reorders, so you will not have to pay another setup charge when
reordering the product.
May
I Get a Sample of
the Item I am Considering?
Samples
of all of our products
are available. We understand the need to
view a sample of
the products. We offer three options for
receiving samples.
A paper proof is a faxed or
emailed proof of your
logo as it
will appear on the item ordered. All
orders will include a faxed or emailed proof.
Actual Product Samples
Due
to the significant demand and
cost for
samples, we must
charge for samples at the first quantity price and freight for first
time
customers. The sample shipped is a
product with an imprint from an order that we produced for a previous
client. When you place your sample
order, we will charge your credit card for the product cost and for
your
desired shipping method. If you place
your production order with us within 30 days of the sample shipment, we
will
apply a credit for the amount of the sample item against your order. If different product samples are ordered, we
will issue the credit against the actual items ordered, not all samples. We do not accept returned samples for
credit.
Is
it Possible to Get an Exact Product Sample with My
Logo on
It?
Yes
you may. By
doing so, you know exactly how your product will look and make any
changes
before completing the entire order. Pre-production
samples cost approximately $100 to $200.

What Type of Artwork
Do I Need?
The best type of artwork is the
original file of
the logo
from the designer. If you do not have
it available, please review our list of image files.
If your file doesn’t quite meet our minimum requirements and you
would
rather let one of our in house graphics designers alter it, they will
do the
work for $50 per hour. In most cases
the project takes one hour and the file is yours after paying for the
order.
What
if I Want to Add
or Change Something on My Artwork?
Our
in house graphics designers
will work with you
to alter
your artwork. In most cases the work
takes less than one hour and you will be charged in half hour
increments. If the work takes less than
one-half hour
your cost is only $25.
What is
the Minimum
Resolution for Custom Logos?
All artwork must be at least
300 dots per inch,
though we
prefer 600 dots per inch for printing.
What are the Best
Artwork/Image
Files for Custom Logos?

Adobe Illustrator – saved as a “.ai” or “.eps” file version 9.0 or lower
Adobe
Photoshop – in a “.eps” or “.psd” format version 4.0 or lower at 300
dots per
inch or greater (at actual printing size) with transparent or white
background Other Files – TIFF (.tif) image
